This is bespoke and personalised for each patient. Everyone’s different, so for us, a one-size-fits all approach is never the answer. We discuss all aspects of your health, including medical history, ongoing conditions and future goals. If you’re ill or need medical advice, get in touch and we’ll come and see you or talk to you over the phone. Just like your GP practice, but you’ll be talking to the same doctor each time, response times will be quick, and if needed we’ll visit you at home or your place of work, whichever is more convenient. We’ve allowed for up to 12 ad-hoc appointments a year as part of our package. And you can always arrange further appointments for an additional fee.

We advise on suitable medicines, making sure you only take what you need for the shortest possible time. For some, ongoing medication is unavoidable. But in other cases, addressing the root cause can get around the need for medicines in the first place.
